The nature of this article can be applied to any area of life but I will be speaking specifically about working with a legitimate internet business because the concept of intention is absolutely vital for success in this arena. Many are now familiar with the law of attraction and its concepts. Unfortunately, like any spiritual matter, it can be dumbed down and made to sound like magical or wishful thinking or even worse, naive and flaky. I am here to tell you that the law of attraction is very real and very powerful and is always at work no matter what. You can utilize it to your advantage but it involves much more than just "positive thinking" I can think positively all day about something I want but if I am just sitting on the couch the whole time watching television, it will not do me much good. The thoughts are vital of course, but you also need to take purposeful action and get your emotions in line as well. A legitimate internet business is the dream of many. If you are brave enough to take the leap, you can enjoy great success in all areas of your life and become a better person in the process as success will require you to adopt certain beliefs and habits. If you want a legitimate internet business, you must set clear intentions about what you hope to achieve with it.

This is where intention comes in. You must develop concrete detailed goals you hope to achieve with your legitimate internet business. Get as detailed as possible. You must write these down and refer to them often not only by reading them, but saying them aloud. One of the best ways to manifest these intentions is to write them in the present tense as if you already have them. Infuse emotion by saying things like..I am so happy that, I am so grateful that, I am so excited that....you get the picture. It is this emotion that the universe is responding to and the more strongly you invoke it, the faster your wants can manifest from the spiritual plane to the physical one. When you are working for yourself, it is very easy to get off track or put things off without being accountable to anyone. These intentions will keep you focused and will get the universe in alignment with what you want. Remember to be as specific as possible. Write down how much money you want to make in a specified amount of time. Be specific with the number of sales you want to make each week or month. Affirmations are also a great way to get you in the right vibe. One of my favorites is "I am a money magnet" You can make up your own or find ones already written in various places. A legitimate internet business can be lucrative and create great freedom for you. But it is not without its challenges and if you set your intentions clearly and believe in the laws of the universe, you will easily ride out any doubts or obstacles you may face. You need to get specific about what it is you want and take specific steps to get there.

Once you start setting your definite intentions, you may find that you need to spend your time more effectively and set different priorities. I once read in a book that you should write down your intention every day on an index card or piece of paper and on the back write 6 things you will do that day to make that intention a reality. This really works and will help you focus. In doing this, you will find that you may need to spend less time on things that were really not serving your purpose. A legitimate internet business, depending on what it is, may or may not require what we deem a full work day.

Regardless, anything worthwhile will take up at least a few hours of your day and you will need to learn certain skills to be successful. Like I mentioned above, the mental work is absolutely vital for success but will not amount to a hill of beans if it is not followed by purposeful action on the physical plane. Not to say that you cannot do anything that brings you pleasure or relaxation and you must work 24/7 but if most people are honest with themselves, they will find they waste a lot of their day doing things that will not bring them the success they are hoping for. Once you get into the habit of doing your list everyday, you might have to give up a few hours of television or video games or whatever else you are doing that is not in line with your goals. Once you start seeing results, you will become more and more excited to get your work done, even the tasks that might seem tedious or boring because you know that your intentions are reaching the universe and it is responding. You will also become much more cognizant of how you spend your time and may find that activities that sucked up hours of your day no longer seem worthwhile. You will begin to devote more and more of your time to your legitimate internet business,ensuring you get what you want.

Remember that energy flows where attention goes. If you focus your thoughts and actions in the direction of success and getting what you want, you will get it as surely as the sky is blue. This is not some flighty hippie dippy thought. It is fact. If you keep focusing on the negative, guess what kind of energy you are manifesting? If you want a successful legitimate internet business, you need to set clear intentions on what you are going to achieve. You must take action to manifest these intentions. You must spend your time wisely. Most importantly, you must hold these intentions in your head and heart and visualize getting them everyday.
