Why Don't We Work With Those With Little Cash?

"There are many money experts teaching the wealthy how to invest/multiple their wealth. Where are the experts for those with little cash?"

"People with little cash want to know how to multiply and be wealthy. It's an overlooked market."

"I've noticed that NOBODY has ever approached me and said I'll show you how to turn $250 into a million. I've NEVER read it either."

The above Tweets appeared on Twitter the other day. This really looks like a great opportunity for expanding your market, doesn't it?

So why is it not a developed market?

Because 'People with little cash' say they want to change, but when given the opportunity, really don't.

What's the problem?

People are generally comfortable with where they are the habits they have developed, the lack they experience. They have learned them so well their entire body is comfortable with them.

Think about: when was the last time you 'thought' about tying your shoe? Driving your car? We don't really have to think about the things we do once they have become a learned skill. All activity or thought patterns are hard until they are easy, then they have become an investor.

We all have a list of limiting beliefs that are part of us. These are the things that keep the poor the poor. Things like: 'I have to work hard for money,' 'I don't like Rich People,' 'Money is the root of all evil' will keep you from making some money, let alone a lot of money.

Look at these thoughts:

- Work hard for money - does the hard working carpenter on the roof or the supervisor who is monitoring many jobs and playing golf in between making more money?

- Don't like Rich People - your subconscious then thinks "Then why would you want to be one?" and will do everything it can to derail your conscious efforts until you get the message and give up

- Money is the root of all evil: a common misquote that leaves out a few key words - "love of money" and you don't have to love money to make money. Money is a tool, not an evil.

Simple limiting beliefs like these keep you where you are. They limit your ability to get out of the rut you are in and move up to the fast lane.

And a definition of a rut is a coffin with no end.

The reason no one appears to provide a hand up to the poor is that those who have offered are tired of wanting it more than those who say "I need help" and then turn on the TV and watch their favorite show because everything else is too hard.

The poor in the US have television sets, cars, smoke cigarettes at 25¢ apiece, and drink beers at the local bar where three beers would by a six pack at the local 7-11, but can't come up with $260 to start a business.

If you have a little money (and we all do once in a while), look around, move out of your comfort zone (aka rut, coffin) and do something, sooner than later.

Opportunity is all around us. We have to see it, and take action to monetize it. We have to give up some of the things that are currently making us comfortable and do some uncomfortable things until they become comfortable.

And there has never been as much opportunity as today since the Great Depression.
